We're not happy until you're happy! If you experience issues or feel unsatisfied, please reach out. We're a small team that genuinely cares about getting your notes rescued properly.

7-Day Refund Window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any reason.
How to Calculate:
- Purchase date: The date shown on your receipt
- Refund deadline: 7 days from purchase date at 11:59 PM GMT
- Example: Purchase on January 1 → Refund deadline is January 8 at 11:59 PM
After 7 Days:
Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day window unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Reasons for Refunds
We WILL Issue a Refund If:
- ✅ Conversion Failed - Our service could not process your ENEX file or produced an error
- ✅ Missing Features - Features advertised were not delivered
- ✅ Technical Issues - You could not download your files due to our system error
- ✅ Payment Error - You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred
- ✅ You Changed Your Mind - Within the 7-day window, no questions asked
We CANNOT Issue a Refund If:
- ❌ Normal Service Completed - The conversion worked correctly and files were delivered as promised
- ❌ User Error - You forgot to download within the 7-day retention period
- ❌ Outside 7-Day Window - Unless exceptional circumstances apply
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email Us

Step 2: Provide Information
Include:
- Email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase (or transaction ID from receipt)
- Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
- Description of any issues experienced
Step 3: We'll Respond Quickly
- We aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
- Weekend requests processed on Monday
- We may ask clarifying questions if needed
Step 4: Refund Processed
If approved:
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- Stripe processes refunds within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive confirmation via email

Timeline
- Request received: We review within 24 hours
- Refund approved: Processed immediately via Stripe
- Funds appear: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
Refund Method
All refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit card → refunded to same card
- Cannot refund to a different card or method
Full Refund Only
We issue full refunds only (100% of your £19.95 purchase price). We do not offer partial refunds.

Nothing in this refund policy limits your statutory rights under UK law. You have the right to:
- Services performed with reasonable care and skill
- Services as described
- Services at a reasonable price
Digital Content Rights
Under UK law, digital content must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If our service fails to meet these standards, you have rights beyond our 7-day policy.
